Returns Policy

If any of our corsets or sexy shoes & boots do not meet your satisfaction we would be happy to exchange them with a 15% re-stocking fee. We are unable to refund or exchange items that just don't fit.
Any cancellations of orders before goods are received will also incur a 15% handling fee. Monies will be credit to the card the items were purchased from.
For hygenie reasons we cannot accept returns of lingerie or sex toys.
Items should be returned in perfect condition in the original packaging indicating whether you require a full refund or exchange. Due to the nature of our products sexy toys and lingerie cannot be accepted for refund if the item has been used or the package opened.
Please note that we are unable to accept liability for any items being returned to us that are lost or damaged in transit. For returns within the UK we suggest that the customer obtains a (free) Certificate of Posting from the Post Office for values up to Ł28 and by the appropriate Special Delivery Service for higher values.

All goods supplied by Allthingssexy remain the property of Allthingssexy until paid for in full.

This site trades in accordance with recent EU directives for online trading as follows: We provide a secure checkout for the encrypted delivery of sensitive customer information such as contact and credit card details. Our returns conditions are: Goods MUST BE unused (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions).

Goods must be in their original condition & packaging.

Goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you placed your order.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met we reserve the right to return the goods to you without notice. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.

Notice is given that free offers will be accounted for if returned goods takes the order value below the free offer level. The value of free offer goods will be deducted from any refund that may be due. To avoid refund deductions please return any free offer goods with your returns if your order value will drop below the free offer level. Please note that postage is not refundable.

If an item is returned to us, because the customer either provided the wrong address or was not in to receive the item, we will require payment for re-sending. We will let the customer know via email what has happened and how much extra postage is owed. They can then either telephone or email us with their card details to us, or send a cheque (made payable to Fever) for the correct amount. If no payment is sent the item will not be re-sent and refunds will be minus the postage we've already paid. If incorrect postage is selected when ordering, such as UK first Class when ordering from America, we reserve the right to either; refund the order in full, contact you to charge you extra or not include the free batteries it the order is for an electrical item.

All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to Allthingssexy within 3 days of the delivery date.

All goods are supplied with a 14 day fault warranty (faulty goods can only be returned for exchange not refund).

Orders to destinations outside the EU are non-refundable and non-returnable.
